Quick Answers to Common Questions about our top-notch Integrated Bulk Packaging Solutions
FAQ
1. How are electrostatic charges removed?

Electrostatic charges can be created when certain materials are loaded into bulk bags, and can cause the material, or the atmosphere around, to combust. The charges are removed from the bags with the help of conductive fibres that are woven into the polypropylene fabric.
2. What are the delivery terms?

Once the terms of the order have been approved by both the customer and RDB Rasayans Limited., delivery takes from 2-4 weeks.
3. How do I know which type of RDB bulk bag is most suitable for a given type of material?

It depends mainly on the material's character, the particles' fineness, and the handling pattern of the bag. Several options are provided here, but many other solutions are available, and we are ready to help you choose the one that is right for you. Please get in touch with us.
4. What is the minimum quantity that can be ordered?

Since the product is tailor-made thue we try to meet the needs of all of our clients, even on orders of only a few units (samples, for example). Therefore, we don’t request a “minimum order” in our business transactions in general.
5. How are the bulk bags packed?

It depends on the customers' requirements. In standard packing, a bale weighing 60 – 100 Kgs can be handled with ease. Units per pallet start from 100pcs to 450pcs depending on the bag weight. Bulk bags are packed in units as mentioned above, strapped to pallets and covered by polypropylene fabric.
